These Privacy, Terms & Conditions apply to the engagement of Product services provided by Cenz Desserts to you (the client). Unless specifically varied by written agreement, these Terms & Conditions shall form part of any contract between Cenz Desserts and the client in the provision of services (The Product).

Privacy Policy

Cenz Desserts is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Cenz Desserts uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Cenz Desserts only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Whenever you use our website or any other website, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. Loyalty Rewards

Cenz Desserts Loyalty Program is operated by Cenz Desserts. By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you are an existing customer of Cenz Desserts, you will automatically be registered on to the Loyalty Program.

You have the right to remove yourself from the Loyalty program by contacting us in writing at any time.

New customers will receive a unique URL at the bottom of their receipts which can be used to register. Once you register you will receive a welcome email.

Every time you make a purchase from our store you will earn loyalty points. For every $ spent you will get $ in loyalty points. From time-to-time Cenz Desserts may vary this. It will be subject to promotion conditions.

Gift vouchers and discounted items and promotional items will not earn loyalty points, Cenz Desserts may at its own discretion change loyalty point value on selected items.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if you do not comply with the program’s terms and conditions or if we believe that there has been any fraudulent activity.

We may discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time without liability for loyalty points. If we do so we will notify you via email or a page on the website.

Redeeming your loyalty points is easy. At the time of purchase, you can opt to purchase with cash or pay for your product with loyalty points. Part payments with loyalty points are also possible.

You acknowledge that:

(a) On-line ordering is provided in good faith, but Cenz Desserts does not guarantee its performance or availability.

(b) On-line ordering may be unavailable from time to time for regularly scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades.

(c) there are inherent hazards in electronic distribution and as such Cenz Desserts cannot warrant against delays or errors in transmitting data between

you and Cenz Desserts including orders, and you agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, Cenz Desserts will not be liable for any losses which you suffer because of on-line ordering not being available or for delays or errors in transmitting orders.

Cenz Desserts reserves the right to terminate your order if it learns that you have provided false or misleading information, interfered with other users or the administration of Cenz Desserts services, or violated these terms & conditions.
